The wood is finished with a water-repellent, weather-resistant [stain/paint] that protects against rain, sun and frost. Inside, a waterproof liner keeps damp soil away from the wood, while drainage holes in the base let excess water run off so roots never sit wet. Raised feet lift the planter off the ground, so air can circulate underneath and your terrace stays clean and dry.

Two things to check before you publish:
"Waterproof": wood itself is never truly waterproof, so I used "water-repellent" and "weather-resistant" for the wood and kept "waterproof" for the liner only. That is accurate and still hits the search term. If the planter has no liner or drainage holes, take those lines out.
Edible plants: if you show it with lettuce and herbs, make sure the finish and liner are safe for growing food before you say so.
